The full version of Inference Pics expands the experience with 350+ photos and the ability to add your own photos, questions and hints. SOCIAL INFERENCING MADE SIMPLE We make social inferences every day. We use facial expressions, body language, surroundings, and context to work out how someone might be feeling, what they could be thinking, or what may have happened. For some children, teenagers, and adults, noticing these clues and putting them together can be challenging. Inference Pics Lite provides a simple, structured way for speech-language pathologists, teachers, parents, and caregivers to work on social understanding, expressive language, and reasoning skills in speech therapy, education, or at home. SEE WHAT INFERENCE PICS LITE CAN DO • Get learners explaining their thinking, not just giving an answer. • Save prep time with ready-made inference questions, answers, and hints. • Draw directly on photos to circle or highlight important clues. • Show or hide possible answers to adjust the level of support. • Target emotions, perspective-taking, expressive language, and social reasoning. • Practice interpreting facial expressions, body language, and context. • Work with photos of real-life situations, not cartoons. • Create user profiles and track results. • No subscription and no Wi-Fi needed. LOOK. THINK. EXPLAIN. Each inference picture in Inference Pics has two inference prompts/questions. The first question varies depending on the chosen inference activity. For example, in the Conversations activity the user is asked "What are they saying? while in the Seasons activity the inference prompt is "What time of year is it? The second question in each inference activity is always “How can you tell?”. This allows the user to practice verbal expression and giving explanations. It also prompts the child or adult to explain what clues they found to enable them to make an inference. About SwiftSpeech A free, on-device speech-practice app that helps children who stutter or are working on fluency build confidence through short, illustrated daily quests. Every week brings a new original story, a few minutes of guided practice, and a quiet moment to reflect on how it felt. Where It Came From SwiftSpeech was built by Samarth Gaggar, who lived with a stutter through childhood. When his younger brother started down the same road, Samarth wanted to give him the kind of patient, structured, kid-first practice that did not exist when he was small. Every screen, every line of code, and every illustration is shaped by that lived experience and a simple belief: confident speech is something every child can grow into. What's Inside A 52-Week Journey of Original Stories Fifty-two illustrated read-aloud stories with short daily exercises, moving from breathing basics to confident storytelling. The On-Device AI Practice Lab Four listening exercises, Echo Mirror, Pace Coach, Tongue Twister Lab, and Conversation Quest, with live feedback and audio that never leaves the phone. Practice Journal A private, on-device space to log mood, feelings, and notes after practice so kids and parents can talk about how it felt, not just how long they practiced. Stars, Stamps, and a Sticker Album Gentle milestones and visual Foundations -> Flow -> Confidence map, no leagues, no pressure, no hearts to lose. Parent View Calm progress snapshots linked by Student ID, plus recent journal reflections to spark easy conversations at home. Schools and Clinics Organization Codes for teachers and SLPs to manage classes, customize plans, and export PDF discharge reports. Designed for Young Users No ads, no in-app purchases, spoken instructions for early readers, and microphone audio processed entirely on-device. No ads. No in-app purchases. Secure sign-in. Spoken instructions for kids who don't read yet. Microphone audio stays on the device.
