Our scheduler offers intuitive user friendly color coded calendar to select the date and available times and then book the appointment. Using this app, you can check, view or cancel any existing appointments with a click of a button. IT FrontDesk also offers IVR phone based scheduler where you dial in a specific phone number (local number or toll free number) and book the appointment at any time, and online scheduler where in you will visit our provider specific URL (web page) and book the appointments any time.
