This complimentary app is for Joint Commission Resource’s for-sale product “Tracers with AMP®”. “Tracers with AMP®” is a web based solution which supports continuous compliance activities of health care organizations. Data driven “Tracers with AMP® gives you the tools you need to efficiently manage patient safety risks and stay survey-ready. The App optimizes Tracers with AMP® usage throughout a health care organization by utilizing the power and convenience of a mobile device.
