iCORE Hours vs DGDoc

iCORE Hours is a time recording app for businesses using iCORE time capturing software. The app allows for time recording and electronic signing of timesheets and includes push based reminders when timesheets haven’t been signed or when timesheets have been rejected. In addition, the iCORE Hours app displays relevant time balances and yearly man-hour status. Finally, the app has functionality for rule-based broadcasting of business-internal news and messages.

With the DGDoc application, you can quickly look up information and documents created in your DGDoc account. Simply enter the credentials used for your regular DGDoc login to access your account in the app. Several app-specific settings can be specified and changed at any moment. Functionalities of the app include: DANGEROUS GOODS DATABASE: Search for dangerous goods information and related transport regulation details. Enter a UN-number, Proper Shipping Name, or name of a dangerous goods in your own language. An overview with results is displayed. Click on a dangerous good for more information to get an overview of the basic details such as class, packing group, hazard labels and more. Furthermore, packing instructions or more information on segregation are examples of what can be viewed. DOCUMENT ARCHIVE: Via the document archive, previously generated transport documents can be viewed. They can be opened as PDF or XML file on your device. 1.1.3.6. CALCULATION: For Road transport (ADR), the 1.1.3.6. calculation can be made. Use the Dangerous goods database and search for dangerous goods and add them to the calculation list. The calculation will be done on the background, and the result is displayed on screen. SEARCH FOR SDS: Use different search criteria, e.g. trade name, article name or CAS number, to view a published SDS. The SDS can be opened and downloaded as PDF (e.g. for distribution via mail or other apps), as well as possibly linked action cards and risk assessments. ORDER SDS: View orders and their status in your account as well as creation of new orders. It is possible to attach related files or pictures to the order. REPORTS: All available reports in your account are shown and can be opened to view the content. RESELLER INFO: The contact details of your reseller are displayed. You can call or email your reseller directly from the app. APP LANGUAGE: The app is available in English by default, but if your device-language is set to Danish, Dutch, Norwegian or Swedish, the app will be displayed in that language accordingly.
