Search lets you access information about all your candidates and employees, and navigate to customer locations using Google or Apple Maps for customer visits and sales meetings. You can also manage your recruitment process through the Candidate Pipeline module, available from the Project Details screen. It allows you to view all categories and candidates within a pipeline, move them between stages, take quick actions such as hire, decline, or remove, and access detailed candidate information — all in one place. The module supports pipeline triggers with relevant actions, helping you automate workflows and streamline candidate management. Our comprehensive task module allows you to create and manage tasks directly from your mobile device, helping you stay organized and productive wherever you are. For interviews and reference checks, take notes effortlessly using your preferred method: typing, handwriting with an Apple Pencil on the iPad, or dictating a summary of the document. If you opt for handwriting, you can easily convert your handwritten notes into editable text for further processing. Importantly, the app supports offline functionality, ensuring that you never lose your interview data, even if your internet connection drops.
