Tracking Marker vs Aside Actor

This app is intended to help post-production with screen replacements in film- and video-production. If you are reading this you will probably know what it is about. We decided to keep it as simple as possible. Current tested devices: • Iphone 6 or higher • Ipad 2 or higher. Enjoy.

Aside is a self-taping studio designed for actors. It gives you everything you need to prepare and record auditions without relying on a human reader. How it works: 1. Upload your script – Aside organizes the lines in your script. 2. Set up your self-tape – Use the selfie camera in the app to record. 3. Teleprompter view – Your lines are shown as you perform. 4. AI scene partner – Other characters’ lines are read aloud with natural voices, so it feels like rehearsing with a live reader. Additional tools for preparation: • Script analysis: Dramaturgical breakdown with character intentions, acting choices, and coaching questions from a Method perspective. • Line memorization: Practice with teleprompter guidance until you’re fully off-book. • Rehearse mode: Perform your role while AI reads the other characters.
