VDSeal Reader is a visual digital seal (VDS) verification application of a normalized barcode secured with a digital signature. The current version of VDSeal Reader verifies all 2D-Doc barcodes as defined by the specifications published by the National Agency for Secure Identity Documents (https://ants.gouv.fr/Les-solutions/2D-Doc) up to version 3. It also takes into account the specifications currently undergoing normalization by the French Association for NORmalization, of the VDS standard as defined by the Visual Digital Seal International Council (https://aigcev.org/) up to version 4.
