Netilion Scanner vs ePIMS

Netilion Scanner app by Endress+Hauser is a simple way to capture and register assets and tags (e.g. instruments, valves, pumps, motors, etc.) in the Netilion Analytics web application. Take pictures of your asset, type-in or scan key information and store them all in the cloud. That’s all you have to do. Later, find all your assets in the Netilion Analytics web application where a selection of analytics and improvement recommendations is waiting for you. With the Netilion Scanner app you can make a first step in the digitalization of your plant. Use the Netilion Scanner app to: • Take pictures of your assets and tags • Scan the serial number from a code or a RFID tag • Add more information, store everything in the cloud and find it in the Netilion Analytics web application To be able to use the Netilion Scanner app, a user account on Netilion Analytics is required.

Note! To use the ePIMS app, an account is mandatory; please contact Tetra Pak. Customers can be confident that they’ll always have parts in stock when they need them. Warehouse personnel and Service engineers have remote access and visibility via smartphones & tablets to warehouse, allowing them to identify parts availability faster. When parts are not in stock users can place orders directly through the ePIMS App. This avoids double entry in a warehouse system and shortens lead-times for part deliveries. Barcode reader enabled. Barcode and RFID (Radio-frequency identification) solutions enable faster and more efficient stock management. Users can extract data, statistics, reports & graphs, allowing them to monitor and control stock movements and KPI’s. There is improved stock management for multiple plants.
