Quick daily puzzles, free to play and the same for everyone, with one leaderboard to see where you stand. Each day brings a fresh set of trivia, word and logic games. Every player gets the same ones, so the leaderboard means something. TODAY’S SLATE Everyone’s daily score counts the same three games: today’s two trivia picks, Letter Blitz and today’s quick game. Every game is worth up to 1,000 points. Everything else is extra play with its own leaderboard. THE GAMES • Trivia Bolt: ten fast questions against the clock. Six topics; two are drawn for everyone each day. • Letter Blitz: guess the hidden five-letter word in six tries. Fewer guesses, more points. • Word Ladder: change one letter at a time to turn the start word into the target word. • Mini Sudoku: a six-by-six grid you can finish in a few minutes. • Group of Four: sort sixteen words into four hidden groups. Four strikes end the board, and every group explains itself. • Beacons: a logic grid. One beacon in every row, column and color, and no two may touch. NO ACCOUNT NEEDED Tap Play now to start today’s trivia without an account. After your first game, save your progress with Sign in with Apple, Google or email to put your scores on the leaderboard. PLAY WITH YOUR PEOPLE Make a group and invite family and friends with a code. Each day, groups pair players for a duel decided by Today’s Slate, and a morning recap shows how yesterday went. KEEP YOUR STREAK ALIVE Finish one puzzle a day to keep your streak. Badges mark the milestones. HOW TO PLAY A short walkthrough for every game, any time from Settings. The timed games show their par, so you know what the clock is measured against. REMINDERS, IF YOU WANT THEM Optional reminders learn when you usually play, with a backup before your streak would end. They are scheduled on your phone. FREE AND PRO Everyone plays Today’s Slate free, every day, with no ads.
