Ever wondered if your swimming times are improving? Or what is your fastest mile running, walking or cycling? When did you do your best? Our app will give you those insights and more! View your most recent workout times and best times. Select a sport and distance to see the results. The app breaks down the times per swimming stroke style for your pool workouts. Compete with yourself and beat your personal bests! Workout Records integrates with the Health app in order to aggregate and display data collected by your Apple Watch or iPhone. It uses the data to calculate your best times across all of your workouts.

Running time is calculated and displayed based on start and end date and time. Displays time in a line graph. ・Record start date and time 1. Tap the “running” button. If you press/tap for a long time, step 2/step 3 will be skipped. The current date and time will be set. 2. Select the year, month, and day and tap "Next". 3. Select your start time and tap OK. ・When recording the end date and time 1. Tap the “end date and time" button in the Finish column of the table. If you press/tap for a long time, step 2/step 3 will be skipped. The current date and time will be set. 2. Select the year, month, and day and tap "Next". 3. Select finish time and tap "OK". ▼running time The running time in the table is automatically displayed based on the start and end date and time. ▼Display chart 1.
