What if you could change the radio station in your brain, and in just 2-3 minutes, move from stressed to highly focused or profoundly creative? Or perhaps at night when you’re ready to sleep, what if you could move to a deep, restful state almost instantly? There is an emerging field of research that shows that we have the power to change our state almost instantly by working with our brainwaves. This knowledge can be a game-changer for business, because while the stress state that many of us are stuck in throughout the day is counter-productive to our highest levels of performance, other brain states can provide access to increased focus and concentration, higher levels of creative problem solving, more effective memory, and deeper, more restful periods of relaxation and sleep. So many of us muscle through our work and barrel through our lives, when the reality is that understanding how to quickly change our state allows us to use less effort to achieve the same or even greater outcomes. By the time you finish this program, you will have a full understanding of what each brain state makes available to you and how to actively shift to the state that most supports you in the moment. It’s time to work smarter, not harder. The Immersiv app is an interactive immersive educational experience designed to create neural agility.
