The Istikhara vs Islamic Apps

The Istikhara – Prayer for Seeking Allah's Guidance Salat al-Istikhaara (Prayer of Seeking Counsel) is the prayer Muslims recite when seeking guidance from Allah before making a decision. This app provides the complete method, authentic dua, and translation to help you perform Istikhara correctly. Why Istikhara Matters Istikhara is a means of drawing closer to Allah. The more a person performs Istikhara themselves, the closer they draw to Allah — until their heart and understanding are illuminated with clarity. Perform It Yourself The benefits of Istikhara belong to the one who performs it — not to someone performing it on your behalf. It applies to every decision in life, not just major ones like marriage, and can be prayed whenever you intend to do something, whether you feel uncertain or not. How to Perform Istikhara Pray two rak'ahs of nafl (voluntary prayer), separate from any fard prayer Recite the Istikhara dua after the prayer Mention your specific need or matter in the dua Pray before sleeping; whatever inclination you feel upon waking is taken as guidance App Features Complete and authentic Istikhara dua Available in English, Urdu, and Hindi Clear, easy-to-follow method for performing Istikhara yourself Simple, user-friendly interface for daily use A Path Closer to Allah The Prophet taught his companions the method of Istikhara with great care and emphasis, so that every believer could perform it themselves.
