Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: ProxyPics at 4.8 against Pic4Pay's 3.0. ProxyPics also leads on ratings volume (10K vs 2). Pic4Pay's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs monthly) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
