Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: RUN interval at 4.7 against Pace's 4.1. RUN interval also leads on ratings volume (1K vs 10) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 6 months). Pace's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
