Omlet Online Yoklama Yönetim Sistemi Program iki kısımdan oluşur; 1. Mobile (iOS) Programı: Öğretmenlerin sınıfta bir kaç saniye içerisinde yoklama yapmasını sağlar. Sınıfta yoklama yapıldığı anda tüm okulun verileri merkezi bilgisayara aktarılır. Okul yönetimi gelen, gelmeyen, izinli öğrencileri anlık takip eder. Okul yönetimi gelen, gelmeyen, izinli öğrencileri günlük, haftalık, aylık, dönemlik olarak listeleyebilir, bunların çıktısını alabilir. Kağıt israfını ortadan kaldırır. Zaman israfını ortadan kaldırır. 2. PC (Sunucu) Programı: İstenildiği anda listelere (öğretmen, öğrenci, sınıf, ders, yoklama, ders programı) ulaşılabilir, düzenleme yapılabilir ve raporlanabilir (günlük, haftalık, aylık, öğretmen, öğrenci, ders vb. kriterlere göre filtrelenebilir). Öğretmenlerinizin aldığı yoklamaları kayıt altına alır. Mazeretli Öğrenci (raporlu, sevkli, nöbetçi vb.) girişi yapılır. Öğrencinin belirlenen devamsızlık sayısında alarm oluşturma, (Örn: 3 gün gelmeyeni bildir, 5 gün gelmeyeni bildir vb.) Belirlenen sayıda devamsızlığı bulunan öğrencilerin listelenmesi, (Örn: 3 gün gelmeyenler, 5 gün gelmeyenler vb.) Gelmeyen öğrencinin velisine anında SMS ile bildirim yapılır. ** Fatih Projesi ile uyumludur.
