Vintelligent helps you identify vehicles, document their condition, and record truck routes. IDENTIFY VEHICLES WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT Scan a VIN barcode or enter a VIN manually to view available vehicle information. No company account is required. RECORD VEHICLE INSPECTIONS Create a personal account and verify your email. Submit an inspection with no damage, or document damages with their area, type, severity and photos. No company invitation is needed. REVIEW AND SHARE INSPECTIONS My Inspections lists your inspections with VIN, date and damage status, newest first. Open an uploaded inspection to review its details and photos, or find your inspections by VIN. Share an inspection report link that recipients can open in a browser without installing the app. Anyone with the link can view the report, including your username and inspection photos. Committed inspections remain queued on your device when a connection is unavailable. Reopen the app and sign in to continue uploads when connected. Sharing becomes available after upload is confirmed. RECORD TRUCK ROUTES Enter a truck number and explicitly start a route. The first available location is recorded after Start, followed by points at your selected interval: 1, 2, 3, 5, 10 or 15 minutes. See the number of points recorded on your device. During an active route, location collection can continue while the app is in the background or the screen is locked. Press Stop when finished. Tracking is not guaranteed after force-quitting the app. MY ROUTES Retrieve your uploaded routes, newest first, with truck number, dates, status and point counts. Open a route to review its saved map and recent point timestamps. Server-confirmed points and device records are identified separately. Viewing saved history does not start location collection. ORGANIZATION ACCOUNTS Authorized Vintelligent customer accounts provide additional company-specific logistics workflows. Available features vary by organization. These accounts are not required for the personal features described above. Internet access is needed for VIN decoding, uploads and server history. Camera access is used for barcode scanning and damage photos. Location permission is needed for route recording.
