Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: 原耽漫画 at 5.0 against Look comics's 3.8. 原耽漫画 also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks) and review sentiment (35% vs 20%). Look comics's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ratings volume (10 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Look comics sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and 原耽漫画 sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
原耽漫画 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Look comics has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 20% of Look comics's written reviews are positive against 35% of 原耽漫画's.
Look comics ships an update every 3 weeks, 原耽漫画 weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
