With this application, employee can submit an online leave request to a respective supervisor for approval. Employee is also able to monitor existing leave records as well as remaining leave privileges still available for future request. For supervisor, this application enables leave requests from subordinates to be approved anywhere via mobile device. Notification is sent to alert supervisor when there is new request being submitted into the system. This allows supervisor to give a timely response to subordinate. Supervisor also has access to subordinate leave records together with remaining leave privileges, and could take this information into consideration when approving subordinate leave requests. When supervisor approves or else disapproves the request, notification is promptly sent to subordinate. In addition to leave request management, time-attendance monthly statistics is available for employee and a respective supervisor to monitor. This statistics includes time in/out, late, absent, leave and overtime records taking place within period of each month. It is illustrated in a form of monthly calendar.
