Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Only One at 5.0 against puzzlement's 4.4. Only One also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 78%) and price ($0.99 vs $1.99). puzzlement's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 39 months) and ratings volume (14 vs 2). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
