Both are free to download. 星星學子 sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. 姓名 asks for nothing beyond the download.
星星學子 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 15 and 5 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of 姓名's written reviews are positive against 96% of 星星學子's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
姓名 ships an update every 4 months, 星星學子 every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
