Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: VibeCheck at 4.3 against SEAHUB's 3.7. VibeCheck also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (16 vs 3). SEAHUB's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and review sentiment (100% vs 75%). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VibeCheck sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. SEAHUB asks for nothing beyond the download.
VibeCheck holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VibeCheck has 16 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of VibeCheck's written reviews are positive against 100% of SEAHUB's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
VibeCheck ships an update every 2 months, SEAHUB every 6 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
