PrayWave vs meuwe

PrayWave is prayer intentions and the people who pray for them. Write what you are asking for, and others will pray for your intention. You can pray for others too: just tap “Pray” on their intention. A moderator reads every intention before it is published. Then we translate it automatically into seven languages, so that people all over the world can pray for it. When someone prays for your intention, you get a notification and can thank them for their prayer. When your prayer is answered, mark the intention as fulfilled. Everyone who prayed for it gets a notification, and you can tell the story in a testimony. PrayWave also has: • liturgical readings for every day • a calendar of feast days of the saints and the blessed • traditional Catholic prayers • testimonies of answered prayers • a directory of parishes from all over the world • your circle: the people you are joined with in prayer • favorites, where you save intentions, prayers and saints You sign in with a code sent to your email, with no password. PrayWave is available in Polish, English, Spanish, French, Italian, German and Portuguese. It is free and has no ads.

meuwe is a map of local events around you. Open the app and you instantly see what is going on nearby: concerts, picnics, markets, sport, meetups, neighbourhood projects and the small events that are easy to miss everywhere else. Every pin on the map is one event. Tap it to check the details, see the place and the time, follow the event or join the conversation. A MAP INSTEAD OF A LIST The home screen is a map of today's events. Move the day strip to see what is on tomorrow or at the weekend. Turn on only the categories you care about and hide the rest. ONE TAP TO JOIN Check when, where and who is organising. Follow an event so you do not miss it, and chat with the other people going before you even meet. All without leaving the map. YOUR EVENT IN 10 SECONDS Tap the plus button, type a title and you are done. The title is the only required field, everything else is optional. Your event shows up on the map straight away and anyone nearby can find it. PRIVATE EVENTS Want to invite only a few people? Set the event to private and nobody else will even see that it exists. WHAT YOU WILL FIND ON THE MAP Parties, festivals, picnics, family days out, culture, sport, food, music, art, film, gaming, tech, nature, travel, yoga, dance, comedy, activities for kids, pet meetups, volunteering and workshops. Get meuwe and see what is happening near you today.
