It offers a simple and efficient way for the app's admin to keep track of their teams logs, breaks, overtimes, early and late attendance, among other features like push notifications, creating custom schedules with tardiness thresholds and much more.

To facilitate the usage of our software HR solutions and adapting to the modern lifestyle, we have developed a self-service mobile app ( MyCircle ). It allows Managers, HR Administrators, and Employees to easily make job-related tasks and requests wherever they’re after completing their profiles. MyCircle Functionalities: - Check in / out of work right from the app - Allow employee to view his information like personal, financial, banks, address and contacts info. - Submit requests like vacation, leave and overtime - Approve and deny employees requests -  Access salary slips - Employee transactions inquiry - Dark mode - because we know it looks cooler And Much More.. Note: - The application is not limited to users who belong to a single company and can be used by different users, including company partners, employees, and contractors. The software is not designed specifically for a limited group of companies. Any company can become a customer and use the application. The application includes features intended for general use, such as integration with the company's human resources and payroll system, allowing employees to request leave, time off, and overtime. Additionally, managers can approve employee requests, and online check-in and check-out processes can be performed. To create an account in the application, the user must be an employee of a company using the human resources system, and access is provided through an employee ID, password, and company code.
