Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Spin The Wheel at 93% against Poll!'s 42%. Spin The Wheel also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (98K vs 766). Poll!'s advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.1). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
