LimoFlow Driver is the chauffeur companion app for ground-transportation operators using LimoFlow dispatch. Built specifically for limousine, livery, black car, executive sedan, and shuttle drivers — not retrofitted from a rideshare template. Accept assignments the moment dispatch sends them. Run your full shift — pickup, multi-stop, drop-off — without ever leaving the app. Background GPS keeps your ETA accurate for the dispatcher and the customer, even when your screen is off. KEY FEATURES • Real-time trip assignments — push notifications hit the moment dispatch books or reassigns a ride, with sound alert and trip preview from the notification bell. • Native background GPS tracking — battery-aware location sharing during active trips so dispatch always knows where you are and customer ETAs stay tight. • Digital waybill — fully compliant trip log replacing paper waybills, generated automatically from the trip record. • Multi-stop trip support — handle airport-to-meeting-to-hotel itineraries with per-stop arrived/departed status. • In-app dispatcher chat — message dispatch directly per trip, with read receipts, typing indicators, and unread badges. No third-party SMS, no lost threads. • One-tap navigation — launch your preferred maps app (Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze) directly to the next pickup or stop. • Full trip status workflow — Assigned → Accepted → En Route → Arrived → Picked Up → Completed, with haptic feedback on every transition so you can run a trip eyes-up. • Customer preferences surfaced — chauffeur opens door, water/snacks, music preferences, child seats, accessibility needs, and tenant notes are pinned to the trip card so nothing gets missed at the curb. • Three-state passenger contact visibility — tenants control whether you see name only, name + phone, or full details, per trip. • Earnings & trip reports — review past trips, totals, and shift history without calling the office. • Self-managed availability & leave — request time off and toggle availability without paperwork. • 24-language UI — built for international fleets and immigrant chauffeur workforces. • App badge for unread messages and assignments — never miss a dispatch ping. • Secure driver onboarding — invite-link signup with versioned consent tracking for terms and privacy. • Compliance-ready — supports operator, vehicle, and driver document requirements (license, TLC, TCP, PSL, insurance, medical, work-permit) with expiry tracking.
