Great American Crop Insurance Claims Personnel now have the ability work more efficiently while in the field and on the go using the Adjuster Mobile App. Our claims personnel will have policy and claim information at their fingertips, with the added benefit of communicating detailed information gathered during the loss adjustment process to our customers and office staff. Building on Alacrity’s successful App for the contractor community, Alacrity is excited to launch Alacrity Connect, tailored to the independent adjustment community. With Alacrity Connect, experienced adjusters or new individuals exploring the industry for the first time, can register to learn more about this growing field. Registrants will have access to industry-leading training materials, including the ability to register for free online training and classes. Individuals will also have the opportunity to learn about becoming certified to adjust claims on behalf of 7 of the top 10 largest homeowners’ insurance companies in the country. These certifications will invaluable to both new adjusters looking to enter the industry, as well as existing adjusters looking to expand their career opportunities with adjusting firms throughout the country. In addition, any adjusters who currently handle claims on behalf of national insurance carriers through Alacrity will also have the ability to update their claims activity and paperwork directly through the App from their mobile device
