Je logt in op de app met je e-mailadres (gebruikersnaam) en het door gekozen wachtwoord. Voor klanten is de app te gebruiken om zonder tussenkomst van de customer service snel een tolk aan te vragen. De voordelen van de Tasnet app op een rij: * Geen wachtrij tot er een Customer Service Specialist beschikbaar is; * Eenvoudig en direct een tolk inschakelen; * Met een paar klikken reserveer je een tolk voor een later moment; * Duidelijk overzicht van alle tolkdiensten; * Vraag alle type diensten aan: ad-hoc, op locatie of per video.
