Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Lazy K at 4.3 against btkbd's 3.9. btkbd's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 4 months) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lazy K sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and btkbd sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Lazy K holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.9. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 18 and 19 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 66% of Lazy K's written reviews are positive against 71% of btkbd's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Lazy K ships an update every 4 months, btkbd fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
