AYE-DRIVE: Die digitale Führerscheinkontrolle Alle Unternehmen, die in Ihrem Fuhrpark Fahrzeuge als Halter zur Verfügung stellen, sind verpflichtet, regelmäßige Kontrollen durchzuführen. AYE-DRIVE bietet eine einfache Kontrolle der Führerscheinprüfung. Jeder Fahrer erhält in bestimmten Abständen eine Aufforderung, den Besitz seines Führerschein zu bestätigen. Über einen fälschungssicheren NFC-Transponder, der auf dem Führerschein des Fahrer aufgeklebt ist, kann der Fahrer über die App AYE-DRIVE seinen Führerschein einscannen. Der Fuhrparkleiter kann diese Prüfung dann in der AYE-DRIVE Applikation einsehen und sieht sofort, dass der Fahrer im Besitz einer gültigen Fahrerlaubnis ist. Hinweis: In rechtlicher Hinsicht bestehen gegen die Verwendung eines NFC-Chips auf dem Führerschein keine Bedenken, sofern keine relevanten Informationen des Führerscheins verdeckt werden und der Chip einfach und rückstandsfrei entfernt werden kann. Manuelle Kontrollen über Formulare und Sichtprüfungen, die mit einem organisatorischen und finanziellen Aufwand verbunden sind, gehören somit der Vergangenheit an. Wichtig: Diese App kann kostenlos heruntergeladen und installiert werden.
