Elektronik tebligat işlemlerini yürütmek amacıyla PTT A.Ş tarafından kurulan, işletilen ve güvenliği sağlanan Ulusal Elektronik Tebligat Sistemi iOS uygulaması ile ptt.etebligat.gov.tr adresindeki hizmetler artık mobil cihazınızda. UETS hesabınız var ise uygulamayı kullanabilmek için UETS şifresi, e-devlet şifresi veya mobil imza yöntemlerinden birini kullanarak sisteme giriş yapabilirsiniz. UETS hesabınızı, PTT Merkezlerine geçerli kimliğiniz ile birlikte şahsen başvurarak temin edebileceğiniz gibi E-İmza veya Mobil İmza ile de basvuru.etebligat.gov.tr adresinden temin edebilirsiniz.
