Tend is a private fibromyalgia tracker for pain, fatigue, brain fog, sleep, mood, and flares. Log how you feel, compare changes in your own data, and prepare a clear summary for appointments. TRACK TODAY Check in with pain, fatigue, brain fog, sleep, how refreshed you feel, and mood. Every question is optional. Add a body map, flare, note, or another check-in when the day changes. Fog Mode presents one large question at a time and supports on-device voice notes. COMPARE YOUR OWN DATA See pain, sleep, body areas, flares, weather, and imported health signals together. Tend only makes body-related pattern statements after your record meets its evidence thresholds: at least 14 paired days for comparisons and at least 3 recorded flares for precursor counts. Each finding names the number of days or flares behind it. Missing answers remain missing, not zero. Tend describes timing and association, never cause. PREPARE FOR APPOINTMENTS Keep medications and supplements, lab results, visits, flares, and questions in one record. Tend turns recent history into a clear, printable appointment letter. MOVEMENT AND PRACTICES Browse 34 illustrated movement options by body area. Choose from four self-directed practices: paced breathing, a sleep wind-down checklist, slow self-myofascial pressure, and a pacing check. They are optional, with no streaks or escalating plan. Tend does not prescribe them or promise a symptom result. OPTIONAL HEALTH AND WEATHER CONNECTIONS If you choose, Tend can read sleep, steps, and resting heart rate from Apple Health. A separate Apple Watch permission can add an overnight summary derived from heart rhythm and sleeping heart rate, compared with your own recent range. Tend never writes to Apple Health. Raw heartbeat samples stay in HealthKit; imported and derived summaries sync with your Tend record. Optional weather uses a rounded approximate location with MET Norway and Open-Meteo. Those providers receive the rounded location tile and request IP, never your Tend health record or account ID. PRIVATE, WITH CLEAR CONTROLS Sign in with Apple or Google. Your record is stored on your device and synced to your Tend account for access across your devices. Tend has no advertising and does not sell health data. Limited account-linked product analytics record app opens and foreground activity, onboarding and check-in progress, Patterns and visit-summary opens, successful export creation, and attempts to show Apple's rating request. Analytics exclude symptom answers, notes, Apple Health data, pattern results, export contents, rating values, location, email, name, and free text. You can stop future analytics in Settings. Export your Tend record as JSON and CSV, restore from a JSON export, delete records across synced devices, or delete your account. Account deletion requests deletion of linked product analytics. An optional lock uses Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. BUILT FOR HARD DAYS Fog Mode simplifies check-ins to one large question at a time. Flare Mode dims the screen and keeps your flare plan and support options together. WHAT TEND IS Tend is a self-tracking and general wellness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or tell you what to take, and it is not a substitute for your doctor's care. Settings explains how summaries are made and what they will not claim. Crisis resources remain available in Settings.

Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Tend at none against RUN interval's 2. Tend also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 months) and review sentiment (100% vs 77%). RUN interval's advantage is ratings volume (1K vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
