Review inspection, application and contact details and provide responses for relevant checklist items. Attach photos and videos and select an inspection outcome as part of your assessment. Action and create customer requests Respond effectively and promptly to the needs of your customers using Field Customer Requests for Property and Rating. You can view the details of your assigned requests alongside relevant contact and property details as well as additional information and attachments. Record your actions and progress the request through its business process within your organisation. You can also create new customer requests for issues identified in the field and then sync them to Property and Rating for processing and action.
