Scoring Oh Hell: - Basic scoring (by default): Each player scores 1 point for each trick the player takes. A player that wins the exact number of tricks bid receives an additional 10 points for making the contract - Other scoring variations: Only making points when making the contract, penalty in other cases,... Each player is dealt five cards by default, and players then decide whether to order up the turned card as trump or pass. If everyone passes, the turned card is rejected and players may call a different trump suit. The team that calls trump becomes the makers. The makers must win enough tricks to score. If they fall short, they are euchred and the defenders score instead. The Jack of the trump suit is the Right Bower, the strongest card in the hand. The Jack of the same color is the Left Bower, the second-strongest trump.
