Hey Coach! Our free baseball lineup template automatically creates fair fielding rotations for your youth baseball or softball team. Just fill in your players' names in their starting fielding positions on the lineup card, and it does the rest, for games up to 7 innings of play! With the free version, you can build lineups for up to 12 fielding positions, or for coach-pitch or coach-catch. Plus up to 6 bench positions that rotate in after the first inning. And you can lock out individual players from playing first base, catcher, or pitcher. Give it a try! You can upgrade from the free version to get even more features: Enter players' names and lockouts once, then use your roster all season: √ Save up to 20 players. (Up to 18 can play in any one game.) √ Track how many innings each player plays each position throughout your whole season! √ Access your team account anywhere using any browser or our free app! √ Share your team account with up to five assistant coaches, each with their own login, at no extra charge. Save any fielding lineup, and add a batting order: √ Add a batting order to any fielding lineup. √ Create a new fielding rotation starting from any inning in a saved rotation. √ Download your lineups to Excel. (desktop and mobile browser only) More fielding rotation options: √ Each player can be locked out at any position or combination of positions! √ Rotate fielders every 1, 2 or 3 innings, and pitchers separately every 1, 2 or 3 innings. √ Edit any inning to customize for your team's needs. √ If you lock out all players except one at a specific position, that player will play the whole game at that position and will not be rotated to the bench. Fair rotations every time: √ A player will not stay in the same position for two consecutive rotations. √ A player will not repeat the same position later in the game unless no other players are eligible to play that position. √ No player will be put on the bench a second time until all other players have been on the bench once. Same for any additional rotations to the bench. √ When possible, players will not repeat in the outfield until all other eligible players have played in the outfield. Optional special rotation rules: √ Prevent players from playing outfield two innings in a row. √ Prevent players from catching after having pitched. Contact your team instantly: √ Save parents' phone numbers and email addresses. √ Email the whole team at one time and attach any saved lineup. √ One click to email, call or text any parent. Support from real people, not bots! √ Need help? Click "Ask Support" at the bottom of any screen and we'll answer promptly! Paid memberships are just $9.99 per team for unlimited lineups through the end of December. (Memberships purchased in August-December run through April of the following year.)

Stop building lineups on in Excel Youth baseball and softball coaches: set your batting order, fill every inning on defense, and know before first pitch that every kid got their innings. Stack the Lineup checks your league's fair play rules while you build. BATTING ORDER • Drag to reorder, mark players absent, save an order to reuse next week • Handle late arrivals and early departures without breaking your inning counts • Lock a lineup as Finalized so nobody edits it by accident POSITIONS, INNING BY INNING • Set your game length — 6 innings, 7, whatever your league plays • See the grid by player or by position: who's pitching, who's catching, all game • Four-outfielder support for younger divisions FAIR PLAY RULES — Set for your league • Set infield and outfield minimums per player • Warn on back-to-back bench innings • Restrict pitcher and catcher, set catcher-to-pitcher transition limits • Turn any rule off if your league doesn't run it AUTO-FILL (Pro) Fill one inning or the whole game in a tap, with your fair play rules applied. Tag each player's positions as Primary, Secondary, Emergency, or Never — Never is never assigned, which matters at catcher. Or just tell it what you want: "pitch Caleb the first two innings, bench the top of the order first." PITCH COUNTS (Pro) Weekly limits and required rest days by league age. Pitch counts are captured when you archive a game and checked against each player's eligibility as you assign. PDFs FOR THE DUGOUT • Batting Order PDF for the scorekeeper • Coaches Guide with the full inning grid and a pitch eligibility table (Pro) • Your team name and colors, ready to print SHARE THE WORK (Pro) Invite an assistant coach to build positions with you. You finalize; they get a notification when it's locked. THE SEASON, NOT JUST TODAY (Pro) Archive every game with notes and the final score. See each player's position breakdown and bench time across the season, and get insights on the patterns you'd otherwise miss. BRING WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE Import your roster and your season schedule, then pick games straight from the Lineup tab. Resync when the schedule changes. EVERYWHERE YOU COACH • Home Screen widget with today's game • Ask Siri your team's rules, pitch limits, or how the last game went • Built for iPhone and iPad, synced over iCloud • Coach two teams from one app FREE Batting order, position grid, fair play warnings and configurable rules, roster and schedule import, one saved template, and the Batting Order PDF. No account, no trial clock. PRO Auto-Fill, position preferences, multiple templates, the Coaches Guide PDF, shared teams, game history, season insights, and pitch count tracking.
