DXC Lot is an app for dealerships who use the DealerXchange platform to manage their inventory and vehicle information. You can take photos directly from your device that can then be uploaded via WiFi to the DealerXchange platform which will be pushed out to websites and sales channels. All the details about a vehicle are available to be updated and corrected as needed. This is the ultimate on-site tool for inventory management! FEATURES: The DXC Lot app increases the efficiency of the physical vehicle data entry allowing you to collect inventory information, pictures, and update your system directly from your device. Here are just a few of the in-app features: DealerXchange creates a To-Do List based on the information we pull from your DMS. The list will automatically include all vehicles that are missing images or information. You can refine your list to either New, Used or Both. You can add in a vin, if it hasn't been grabbed yet, and decode it right there and then (as long as you are within data or wi-fi range). You can add in all your images, view, and sort them on the go. CONNECTIVITY: The software is built in a way that you don't need to be online to enter your inventory. Everything is automatically stored in the app until you are within WiFi or data range and then you can bulk upload everything to our system by selecting ‘Upload All’.
