Record your work, review it with the customer and share a clear PDF. Klusbon brings customer details, work, materials, hours, photos, outstanding items and approval together. FASTER JOB SHEETS Choose a customer, add work from your templates or reuse a complete job package. Favourites and relevant suggestions help with recurring jobs. Enter hours manually or calculate them from start, end and breaks. APPLE AI ASSISTANCE Describe or dictate your job and review suggestions for work, materials, hours and outstanding items. Polish notes, draft or translate a customer message, extract pasted contact details and suggest search filters. Scan text or recognise it from a photo. Review and edit before accepting; fill in missing quantities yourself. AI uses Apple's on-device model and requires iOS 26 or later, a supported device and language, and available Apple Intelligence. On-device speech recognition has separate availability and permission requirements. Manual entry remains available from iOS 18. OVERVIEW AND FOLLOW-UP See previous sheets and outstanding work in each customer record. The weekly overview brings hours, drafts and completed work awaiting invoicing together. Search by content, customer, period and status. Schedule local reminders and create follow-up sheets. PHOTOS, APPROVAL AND PDF Add photos and document scans, before/after labels, adjust their order and save annotations in a separate copy. Review the sheet before the customer signs. Signed content stays fixed; changes require a new revision. View and share the PDF. Local sharing history distinguishes PDF creation from a completed sharing or email action; it does not confirm receipt. KEEP YOUR RECORDS Create and restore a complete data backup. Review its date and record counts before restoring, and manage local safety copies. Export hours and materials as CSV with a selection preview. Klusbon does not create invoices or calculate prices or taxes. No app account, ads or subscription. Your records stay on your iPhone; there is no automatic synchronisation. You choose where to share or save files. Try up to three stored job sheets. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks unlimited new sheets. The current price is shown before purchase. Restore purchases using the same Apple account; this does not automatically transfer your documents. The app supports Dutch, English and German. Always check your records and AI suggestions before use. Translation uses Apple Translation and may first request a language download. A short quick tour helps you get started.
