The FieldPro Manager application is designed for our network contractors to automate and simplify the cost authorization process, which in most cases alleviates the need to call into the contact center to review the job with a live agent. The automation and simplification of this process improves the customer experience by reducing on-site wait time. Using the application, the contractor is able to answer a couple of simple triage questions about the job, build the job estimate, and electronically submit the approval request. The app is very intuitive and easy to use. Functionality includes the ability to submit time and material estimates, automated email notifications with job approval details, and the ability to edit and re-submit existing estimates.
Dispatch Me

Dispatch Me is the mobile app for field service technicians working with companies on the Dispatch platform. If your company uses Dispatch to manage and assign work — whether jobs come from warranty companies, property managers, manufacturers, or your own customers — Dispatch Me is how you run those jobs in the field. For small operations, that might mean you're the owner-operator: accepting jobs and managing the schedule from the office, then switching to Dispatch Me the moment you're in the van. For larger teams, your dispatcher assigns the work through the back office and your phone shows you exactly what's next. Either way, from first alert to final invoice, everything runs through one app. **Your schedule, in real time** Jobs assigned to you appear instantly. See the full picture for each one — customer info, job history, notes, special instructions — before you pull out of the driveway. **Keep customers in the loop** Let customers know you're on the way with one tap. Send real-time ETAs and messages so homeowners and property managers always know where you stand. **Complete the job, on site** Upload photos, fill out inspection forms and custom checklists, and capture signatures right from the job site. Everything syncs back to the job record the moment you're done. **Estimates and invoices in the field** Build an estimate on the spot, convert it to an invoice, and collect payment before you leave. No paperwork, no end-of-day reconciliation. **Works without cell service** Basements, rural addresses, dead zones — Dispatch Me keeps working. Everything saves locally and syncs the moment you're back online. **Real-time dispatch alerts** New job, reschedule, or update? You'll know the instant it happens. **Track your travel** Log trips and mileage automatically to give your company an accurate record of your day. --- Note: Dispatch Me is the new mobile app for existing Dispatch users, rolling out throughout 2026 to replace the current Dispatch field apps. Access is provisioned by your company. If you download the app and see a limited access screen, contact your company's Dispatch account manager or visit help.dispatch.me. The companion back-office tool for dispatchers and managers is available at work.dispatch.me.
