The call

The clearest difference is review sentiment: CreditSights at 100% against Acuris's 20%. CreditSights also leads on rating (4.9 vs 1.8) and ratings volume (79 vs 13). Acuris's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
