The Gold Key Services Driver app is used by laboratory couriers or trucking companies for communication between the driver and dispatcher. The APP enables the communication and recording of data on courier runs for collection, delivery and the monitoring of the specified parameters such as transport and delivery time or temperature range. The driver selects his tour and can view details such as stops and load quantity before he starts his tour. When the tour is taken over by the driver, the APP guides the driver through the individual way points. The driver has the option of adapting the way point order, canceling stops and recording information about the delivery with the APP, documenting it with a photo and transmitting it to the dispatch department. To support the proof of delivery, e.g. in the case of contactless delivery, the APP supports the driver by determining the GPS position during delivery. The TrackPilot app gives you an easy overview of your fleet - whether it's a truck, fleet vehicle, construction machine or van. Vehicle tracking/live location: See where your vehicles are currently located and the route they have traveled on the current day in real time on the map at any time and from anywhere. Vehicle Details: View detailed information about the current position (timestamp, location, speed) or vehicle. Driver Communication: Make direct contact with the driver of the vehicle. If a phone number is stored for the driver linked to the vehicle, the driver can be called directly from the TrackPilot app. The prerequisite for using the TrackPilot app is an existing active user access to the TrackPilot portal.
