This app is designed for people with dysphagia. The aim is to present exercises that may improve functions related to eating and drinking. Your dysphagia therapist may assist in composing an individual training program. You can choose exercises aimed at the problem you are experiencing and register the number of repetitions to be performed. It is generally suitable to do exercises 3 times a day. The number of repetitions must be adjusted to your ability. This means, that you can get slightly tired in your muscles after training, but you must not feel exhausted or be in pain. Within a few days, you will be able to increase the number of repetitions. In the app you can choose “Reminders” and select how often you want reminders to do the exercises. When you press play, the camera on your mobile or tablet is activated and you can watch yourself performing the exercise. Be aware that you perform the exercises as shown in the videos. Region North Jutland disclaim responsibility for the exercises and their performance.

We know how hard it can be to set a training routine and actually stick to it, so we developed this app to support you: - The app will tell you for how long you should pull IQoro each session - Set reminders to start each session at a timing of your choice - Track your reduced symptoms over time - Helpful videos, an FAQ and customer support. This app will help you keep to your IQoro training regime, and allow you to track symptom improvement. It is not a diagnostic tool. Consult your clinician for an opinion on your condition and do not deviate from your current prescription without approval from the prescriber. APP FEATURES EXERCISE NOW Your daily friend that will help keep track of how long 10 seconds really is. Just press “Start now” and the app will tell you when to pull and when to rest. That way you will not overtrain your muscles by pulling for too long. This will help maximize your training. SETTINGS - DURATION OF TREATMENT Reduce your preferred training time down to less than 10 seconds. This can be useful if you’re new to IQoro and want to start slowly. SETTINGS - EXERCISE REMINDER The biggest problem with a new training regime is that it’s easy to forget about it as soon as something else starts distracting us. With this app, you’ll be able to set notifications that will remind you about training - at times that are convenient for you. MY RESULTS We all know how hard it can be to remember how something felt three months ago. That’s why it’s important to use this feature. Here you’ll be able to see how many times per day you’re training, fill in a self-test regularly and thus track your daily symptom improvements. This will give you a good overview of your progress over time - and you’ll notice how your symptoms aren’t as bad as before. HELP ME EXERCISE CORRECTLY This feature was created for anyone who’s a little insecure about how to train with IQoro. You’ll find videos, an FAQ, and you can call us for personal support. LANGUAGE The app is available in English and Swedish right now. We will add more languages in the future.
