Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Get Your Edge at 5.0 against RioLearn's 2.0. RioLearn's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
