Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: JX Reader at 5.0 against 天下雜誌's 4.3. JX Reader also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 65%) and in-app purchases (none vs 2). 天下雜誌's advantage is ratings volume (109 vs 2) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 4 weeks). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
