Features: • Interactive previews let you access your data even when you’re offline. • Mark your favorite dashboards or views to always have them at your fingertips. • Scroll, search, and browse your organization’s dashboards with a navigation experience that’s both intuitive and familiar. • Interact with your data to ask and answer questions on the go.

Easy Update helps teams remove language barriers with short, clear video updates that can be transcribed, summarized, translated, reviewed, and delivered to the right people. When teams do not speak the same language, work breaks down. Instructions get lost, customers feel disconnected, and small misunderstandings can turn into rework, frustration, and costly mistakes. With Easy Update, employees can record up to a 120-second update from the field and attach it to the right work item. Office staff or managers can review the update, approve it for delivery, or send it back for revision. Approved updates can be shared with intended recipients through text or email delivery flows. Features: Record short video updates from a phone. View assigned work items and prior recordings. Generate transcripts, summaries, and translations. Approve updates or send them back before delivery. Send approved updates through customer-facing delivery flows. Keep sensitive media private with verified recipient access. Easy Update can support communication across industries where fast, accurate updates matter, including automotive repair, construction and field teams, logistics and operations, customer service, and manufacturing. Easy Update is available to businesses and organizations that use Easy Update. The mobile app works with each customer’s secure Easy Update workspace, where account setup, team administration and organization settings are managed.
