Sama - Your Daily Health, Made Clear Sama helps you understand the health data your iPhone and Apple Watch already collect. It turns Apple Health readings, camera-based wellness check-ins, and daily activity into a simple view you can read in seconds. Your Day, At A Glance Open Sama and see how today is going without digging through charts. Heart rate, sleep, steps, oxygen, and movement come together in one daily health view with a clear score and easy-to-read cards. Camera Wellness Check-Ins Use your iPhone camera for quick wellness estimates when you want an extra check-in. Sama can estimate heart rate and related wellness signals from subtle color changes in your finger or face. Results depend on lighting, movement, camera position, skin characteristics, and signal quality, so Sama shows signal status clearly and withholds weak readings. Apple Health, Read-Only Sama reads Apple Health only after you allow access. It does not write to Apple Health, change your records, or add data you did not create. Your Apple Health data stays where it is. Trends And Calendar Tap back through previous days, review trends, and see how your numbers change over time. Sama is built for quick daily review, but the history is there when you need context. Smart, Gentle Insights Sama looks for useful patterns in your own history, such as resting heart rate changes, sleep shifts, activity changes, or oxygen trends. Insights are written to help you notice what changed, not to scare you or replace professional advice. Family And Caregiver Support You can pair with family or a caregiver so the right people can stay informed. Sama includes check-ins, sharing, reports, emergency contacts, and safety flows designed around everyday care. Reports You Can Share Export a simple health report when you want to discuss your recent history with a doctor, caregiver, or family member. You stay in control of what you share. Privacy First Your health data is personal. Sama does not sell your health data or use it for advertising. Sign in with Apple, Google, or email only if you want sync, backup, and sharing across devices. Important Sama is for general wellness and informational use only. Camera-based estimates are not medical measurements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any disease or condition. Do not use Sama for emergencies, medication decisions, treatment decisions, or medical decisions. If you have symptoms or concerns, talk to a qualified healthcare professional. If you believe you may be experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services.
