When receiving the call, staff is informed of not only the room number, but also the resident’s name, their photograph, as well as details about their needs. This way, even if the staff member or the resident are new and have never met, the caregiver is armed with a wealth of information that pager-based systems do not give. - “I Got It” Feature Integrated with your RCare nurse call system, RCare Mobile lets your caregivers claim a call, ensuring accountability. Speak with residents. What is the situation? Reassure them help is on the way. Communicate (text/call) with other caregivers and staff. - Record “Activities of Daily Living” With RCare Mobile, caregivers can log resident visits for helping with ADLs, by checking in and out of the point of care.
