Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Panel Manager at 5.0 against IST's 2.6. Panel Manager also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs monthly). IST's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Panel Manager sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. IST asks for nothing beyond the download.
Panel Manager holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IST has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
IST ships an update monthly, Panel Manager every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
