Your average speed is lying to you. Ride 40 miles on the flats and 40 miles in the mountains and the numbers look like two different athletes. They're not — it's the terrain. CycleLytic categorizes every ride you've done into five terrain tiers and compares like with like, so you finally see whether you're actually getting fitter. CONNECT AND FORGET Link Strava, Garmin, Hammerhead, ROUVY, Wahoo or Suunto once. Your history imports automatically and new rides arrive on their own. TERRAIN-CATEGORIZED PERFORMANCE Every ride is classified by climbing per mile — flat, rolling, hilly, very hilly, mountain. Power, speed and heart rate are tracked separately for each, so a mountain day is measured against your other mountain days. RIDE DETAIL THAT EXPLAINS ITSELF Power, heart rate and cadence over time with your averages marked. Elevation profile linked to the map. Wind and temperature for the day, and an estimate of what the weather cost you. Zone distribution, TSS and Intensity Factor. SEGMENTS AND ROUTES Your Strava segment efforts plus custom segments you draw yourself. Compare every attempt, replay a ride or segment, and star the ones that matter. SEE YOUR PROGRESSION Overview charts across your whole history. Set distance, hours and elevation goals and watch them fill in. RIDE WITH PEOPLE Follow other riders, leave smiles and comments, and share a read-only dashboard link with a coach or a friend. TRY IT WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT Tap "See a demo" on the sign-in screen to explore a sample rider's full dashboard before connecting anything. --- CycleLytic reads your ride data. It never writes to your Strava account, and it never posts on your behalf. Disconnect any provider, delete your ride data, or delete your account entirely — all from inside the app. Some features require a subscription. CycleLytic is not affiliated with Strava, Garmin, Hammerhead, ROUVY, Wahoo, Suunto, or with any race organizer. CycleLytic Pro (auto-renewable subscription) • Plans: Monthly and Annual.
