Verdict
The clearest difference is ratings volume: Tertulia at 507 against PocketHinman's 4. Tertulia also leads on update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). PocketHinman's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
