The dynamicWatch Companion for your iPhone and iPad lets you sync your dynamicWatch routes and settings to your phone, and then later send routes to the dwMap navigation app on your Garmin watch without needing an Internet connection. Perfect for that backcountry hike, ultra-run or long distance bike ride! The dwMap Connect IQ app on your Garmin GPS watch lets you explore new routes while you run, bike and hike, and already offers fast, wireless sync'ing with the dynamicWatch website. Normally the watch app downloads routes directly from the web site and you do not need this Companion app. However if you sometimes change the dwMap route when you don't have an Internet connection, the Companion app lets you take your dynamicWatch routes offline, and change the route on the watch at any time. The Companion app will sync your routes to the phone whenever you open it, and lets you choose which will be available even if the phone is later offline. You can import GPX route files saved on your phone or shared by other maps and routes app, and send them directly to dwMap on your watch. You can also change popular dwMap app settings, such as activity type, on the fly, and search for new destinations and create new "Quick Route" from your current location. Premium users can also browse their Strava and Ride with GPS routes, and their dynamicWatch Collections directly within the app, and send them to dwMap on their watch. The dwMap Connect IQ app to use on your Garmin watch is available from the Garmin App Store at https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/2750f280-82f4-4f21-a32c-57acc7ce4870

About

Backmonkey

Features

Get your monkeys off your back and on your side. You already know the habit you want to drop. Backmonkey helps you actually do it: one good day at a time, with a monkey in your corner and friends who have your back. HOW IT WORKS: 1. Create a monkey. Pick one, name it, and give it the habit you want to quit: doomscrolling, late-night snacking, nail biting, vaping, whatever yours is. 2. Check in once a day. Did you stay on track today? That's it. Days stay open until 5 PM the next day, so a late night never costs you a good day. 3. Keep it going. Your streak counts up to the second, and your monkey has three lives. A slip or a missed check-in costs one; three good days win it back. 4. Ride out the cravings. When the urge hits, open the app and grab a board. Your monkey paddles out with you into a quick reset: slow breathing under the stars, a cold-water splash, a few reps, a walk to another room, or a one-tap ping to your friends. Cravings pass. This gives you something better to do while they do. BETTER WITH FRIENDS: • Tribe: up to fifteen friends, each with a monkey of their own, on one shared weekly board. Cheer each other on and nudge whoever hasn't checked in yet. • Tribe Extreme: one shared monkey the whole crew keeps alive together. • Ping your tribe when a craving gets loud, and get a heads-up when a friend could use you. • Invite with a link, joining takes a minute. SEE HOW FAR YOU'VE COME: • Your total streak and your time since the last slip, down to the second • A history of every stretch you've put together • Every craving you caught, with the day and time, so you can spot your patterns • The reset moves that work best for you • Private notes for the days worth remembering WANT EXTRA MOTIVATION?: Some people do better with something on the line. If that's you, you can put a pledge on a 30-day period. Pledges are entirely optional. Everything else in Backmonkey is free and nothing is locked behind a pledge. • Easy: your pledge is split across 30 days. Each slip or missed check-in costs 1/30th, settled once at the end. A perfect month costs you nothing. • Hard: one life. The first slip or missed check-in forfeits the whole pledge. No money is taken up front. Your card is saved securely with Stripe and charged only for days you lose. There is no prize pool, no betting against other people, and nobody wins your money: what you lose is paid to Backmonkey, and what you keep never leaves your account. Pledges are in US dollars, from $1 to $500, for adults 18 and over. ALWAYS ON YOUR SIDE: Your monkey never gets mad at you. If you slip, it takes a tumble, you lose a heart, and tomorrow's a new day. Change isn't a straight line, and Backmonkey is built for the whole journey.
