Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Poster Buzz at 5.0 against Monarch2Go's 3.7. Poster Buzz also leads on update cadence (daily vs every 2 months). Monarch2Go's advantage is ratings volume (16 vs 3) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
